Alex Rodak

Project Manager

Alex’s humble beginnings influenced his career path at a young age, where he helped build his family’s home in Western New York and later a three-car garage, a workshop, and a pole barn for the family’s livestock. These experiences, combined with his love of drawing, served to ignite his interest in a career in architecture.

After attending Cornell University, where he earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree, Alex moved to southern California. During this time, he developed his diverse work experience as a project manager, designer, and BIM leader in all phases of projects, which has enabled him to effect projects that are aesthetically pleasing, efficient, and ecologically sensitive and have earned several awards. Typologies include large- and small-scale retail, health care, educational, residential, corporate office, science and technology, and civic.

Having moved to Raleigh in the fall of 2020, Alex continues his career exploration in a new environment that is at the same time reminiscent of the environment he grew up in, with the lush green countryside and the lakes. In his personal time, he enjoys cycling, motorcycling, kayak fishing, and photography.
